Learning how to get started in the vending machine business is really just one aspect of building your vending business. Finding locations is altogether a whole different strategy.

The truth about vending is that it is real easy to find machines and buy them for a good price. Really anyone can do it with ease if they do some proper homework before buying. The real trick to vending is finding the locations to place your machines so you can start making money right away.

Most people seem to think that they buy a vending machine then hire a locator to place it for them and then magically they are going to make a living. Wrong!

What you have to understand is that every location is different and it does take some time to pay off your investment in purchasing the vending machine. Locators are out to make money just like everyone else so if they think they found you a gold mine of a location then you are going to pay a hefty buck for it.

I myself as a vending operator for over 10 years know that the real good locations don't just fall on your lap. You have to work to find them and most importantly close them.

I run mostly pop and snack vending machines in my business and years ago I have seen locators charge $500 - $700 bucks just for one location with no guarantee of sales volume running through the location.

The truth is that you can make things happen on your own and build a successful vending business by implementing a few small things. I can tell you that if you learn how to do some basic marketing for your vending business then you can have companies in your area calling you for your vending services.

That is what running a successful vending machine business is all about marketing! Growing your vending business.

If you think about it marketing is everything to a business and if you are just filling machines and not growing your business then nothing is really changing.

You have to do a bit of leg work to get things going but when you put the right systems in place then you will notice a huge effect in your vending business.

Make it a habit to always be building your vending business. That way you will never go hungry or stop growing. The key to success in vending is to grow and make smart educated decisions all without forking over your life savings into the business.

Every chain store has their own sort of entity. What you are going to find to be the best way is to go in and talk with the local manager of the store. You want to actually set it up this way because that is the best way to find out and get your information right.

One thing to consider is that some of these bigger chain stores might have a contract with a company already. What happens is that some bigger companies in cities will put bids out. What a bid is, basically like an application, or you have to fill out an application to bid on putting in vending machines in this facility.

You wouldn't just be providing vending machines for that store, you would be providing vending machines for a bunch of stores in that area, like their chain of stores.

But your first source of contact would be to contact the management first, and simply ask them, What is your vending situation like here? Do you have any vending machines? How is the service? I have a couple of machines that I would like to place here.

If you are going to go full line vending, like coffee, food, pop, and snacks kind then you can just ask them what the process is of submitting a proposal. At the end of the day, whether you are bidding on it to the franchise store, you are going to be presenting some sort of proposal to them, which is going to outline your company name, who you are, what you do, the service that you provide, and what you're offering, along with your contact info in a formal kind of way.

I would say the best thing is; instead of going right to the corporate office, go to the local management and ask what they feel is the best route to take with that. Once you get into the corporate end of things, like corporate management, you could be chasing most people all day long for months and months. There are some websites out there that actually you can go to where you can be a member of their site and see what bids are coming up in your area.

It will tell you what company's and organizations in bigger city's and towns, what bids are coming out for vending services in your area. Then you can bid on those accounts. You can type in on Google in your area, "bids for vending services" or "confectionary services" or something like that.

At the end of the day once you make an attempt to close a deal on one of the big box stores be prepared for a time consuming process to get your vending machines placed. But on the other hand who knows you may just get lucky and be able to work out a deal with the store branch manager and get your machines placed.

But before you have your machines placed make sure that you try and get the store to agree to some sort of contract where maybe you can lock in your vending machine services for a year or two.

Then just make sure that you hold up to your end of the agreement and make sure you machines are taken care of and restocked on a regular basis.

This will ensure longevity in your vending machine business.

Starting a vending business can be one of the best experiences in the world when you have a clear vision about how to go about it and build your business properly.

Sure anyone can buy a vending machine but how do you find locations? Where do you buy products, Where do you get parts for your machines, Who is going to move them for you? What if it breaks how are you going to fix it?

These are all questions that you should have answered before you even start or personally in my opinion even before you buy your first machine. Homework is critical before starting any business and especially the vending business.

If you do not do your homework you could wind up over paying for your machines and this could cost you hundreds or even thousands in start up costs alone. Never mind you're on going expenses in the business.

Before buying your first machine research on the internet some of the websites that sell machines. You should be buying a very specific make and model of machine. Think of it like a car. If you like ford cars and you found them to be very reliable and if you ever needed parts for it you could get them for a fair price.

Well vending machines are the same. Stick with what you know and what is prominent in the market and your local area. Once you find a reliable vending machine then stick with buying the same kind.

Also it is important to have some things in place like having a vending mover that you can call to move your machines for you. This is important because if you find a location to place your machines then you will need to give the location an idea of when you can move your machines in.

In my business I am always in close contact with my vending machine mover always knowing what his schedule is. I do this because a big part of my business is expansion and closing deals on locations.

I always like to keep my new locations informed as to how things are progressing and when they can expect their machine. This way you will close more deals and start your relationship with your new locations on the right foot.

Expanding your vending machine business is by far one of the most important aspects of your business. This is a critical component to the success and difference between just running a part time small operation and running a serious money making business where you could be saying goodbye to your day job!

This is the reason why I love the vending machine business so much. There is so much potential to make a serious change in your finances and make some serious money in vending.

Do you want to make more money? Do you want to be able to have control of your financial future and not be at the whim and mercy of your employer? Then the vending business is for you.

The reason for this is because it is very easy to get into without having to have a large sum of money to start with. Plus if you take the time to learn how to market your business properly you will get more locations that you could dream of. After all isn't that what people struggle with the most in the vending business?

Locations are the life blood of your vending business and this is what people struggle with the most. Why?

Because they don't take the time to learn marketing! Marketing is crucial to your expansion of your business. There are only so many hours in the day that you can run around town banging on doors to try and build your business.

What you have to do is learn marketing and advertising to build this thing. When you put together a system that works then you will stand the best chance for success in vending.

Its true vending locations are really the lifeblood of your business because it is what fuels your business and income level. Obviously the more locations that you have the more money that you can make.

But why do so many people struggle with finding good quality locations for their vending machines? Personally I think that it is because they are un educated in the art of marketing and business advertising.

Really that is it! There are only so many hours in the day that you can be out there pounding the pavement and banging on doors trying to convince people that they should use your vending machine services.

The real winners in the vending business know their market and have implemented strategy into their game plan for building their vending machine business. This may not have happened over night but none the less some people are making money in this business and others are not.

Really the difference between having 2-5 machines on location and having 50 machines making you money is the effort that you put into the business. The truth is that you have to know how to market your business to potential customers and prospects in your area.

If you don't then you are lost in the shuffle and your competition will eat you alive. But don't let this scare you. There is a way for you to take control of your vending business and actually make money.

Are you willing to take some time to learn and educate yourself? If you are then you can make more money in vending. Never mind hiring a locator to get you new vending locations. The only people who win with that are the locators themselves.

They make all the money and it could take you years just to recoup your investment. It doesn't make sense for you to have to wait years to make your investment back.

So what is the secret to getting locations? Follow a proven marketing system that works and learn how to market your vending business in your area.

To start you should have a few tools to run and grow your vending business. One should be a simple business card and or brochure. Next how about a website where people can get more information about your services.

But having these tools is only part of the equation knowing how to use them effectively is another.

Wouldn't it be nice to have local companies in your community calling you for your vending services? Sure it would. This should be your goal for marketing in your vending business.

This will help you grow your vending machine business the right way and you will find that when people are calling you this will free up your time from having to cold call which should result in getting you more locations and making more money in your vending business.

Be a smart vending operator and learn how to market and talk the language that your prospects want to hear by educating yourself in the vending business and specifically marketing and you will go along way.

Making money in the vending machine business with soda vending machines can be very profitable. Think about it soda cans offer high profit margins and can make you a lot of money in your vending business.

As a vending operator myself for over 9 years now I have always found soda vending to be a great income source.

The key to really building your vending business and making the most money from it is to have some good quality locations with some regular consistent sales running through your machines then taking your earnings and reinvesting them into your business by buying more machines to grow your vending business.

This is critical to your success. Along with finding the right machines for the right price is another critical component. The problem that a lot of new people getting into the business face are that they end up spending far too much money on their first few machines then find poor locations to place them at and find that they do not bring in the money that they were expecting.

To avoid this type of situation it is really in your best interest to spend some time to learn as much as you can about the vending business first before even buying one single machine.

Think about it for a minute, what if you decided to jump in to quickly and bought a vending machine for $1500.00. Then a few months later as you were searching for another machine found out that you could have bought that same machine for $1000.00.

Well you over spent by $500.00 dollars which is pretty significant and is not unheard of for a new person getting into the business. But what if you spent a few weeks reading all that you could on the business. Let's even say you spent $50.00 - $100.00 on a few e books and information products to get you up to speed on the business.

You would now be very well informed and know exactly what you have to do to get started and most importantly keep as much as you're hard earned money in your pocket as possible. Now that would make more sense and you saved a bunch of money and now are educated about the business.

This is what you must do before any business that you get into in my personal opinion. Research and homework are essential to any business venture as well and for sure the vending business. It pays to educate yourself and in the end you will stand the best chance for success in the vending machine business.

When starting out in the vending machine business the beat way to do it is by not spending a fortune on your machines.

The key is to find good quality vending machines for the very best price them place them on a location that will allow you to pay off the machine as quickly as possible so you can start to take your profits and reinvest in new equipment and again place them on locations in your community.

This formula will make you money and build your vending business the right way. Going about your business in this manner will also provide you with the most income in the long run. Don't just make your money then spend it right away. Even if you do try to put a little to the side for the purchase of your next machine will help.

Making money in the vending business really depends on a few factors. First the types of machines that you are using to make money with and more importantly the products that you are selling in the machines.

Profit margins and sales volume are king in vending. You could have the nicest machine but if there is no traffic at your location you won't make a dime. Plus you need to be selling products that offer high profit margins so you actually make some money.

I have always found that selling soda cans or bottles and snacks like chips, chocolate bars, gum, cookies and candies are the best sellers in my vending machines. I have found that these products offer high profit margins and are really easy to sell.

Like I said the trick is to find your machines for a good price when starting out so do some homework and research before spending your hard earned money on your first vending machine.

This leg work that you now do in the beginning will help you in the long run. One thing to make sure of also is to be sure that whatever machine that you want to buy make sure that you can get parts for them.

This is important because if your machine breaks for any reason you will want to be sure that you can get it fixed as soon as possible so you do not risk losing your account and making your customers unhappy.

Take this information and use it to get started. This is just a snippet of what you can do in the vending business. If you really want to make some serious money in the vending business then you will eventually want to learn strategies for finding your locations because this is the most important part of the business.

There's really no better time to create your very own e book and information product for your market space. This is because the internet is a powerful median and a tool to create wealth if you're willing to take the time to learn how it works and how you can profit from it.

I'll tell you right now; this stuff is not going to happen instantly overnight. There are many facts that depend on how this is all going to go down and how fast or how slow you're going to create your products, get them out on the market and have visitors coming to your site and buying from you.

You could have traffic to your site and be selling your product and make hundreds of dollars and thousands of dollars if you have the right traffic systems in place and you have the right connections in the market space to do it. Some it takes a little bit longer than others. It could take a few months, it could take a year. It just depends on how willing you are to learn this stuff.

If I was to tell you that in the next couple of years, if you were to actually spend some time on this and take your time to learn this stuff, implement the stuff that I teach you, not only me, but other people, and whatever information products that you're buying, I'm sure you've bought e books before or information products about the internet and marketing and e book creation.

I recommend doing that, because knowledge is power and what you can do with some of the stuff that people are putting out there is take the information and use it. The worst thing that you can do is take the information, divulge it, get it into your system and then sit on it and do nothing. You have to act on this stuff and do something. You have to set some deadlines and timelines to follow in order to achieve your steps and your goals along the way.

Really in essence you could create your first e book in 7 days if you followed some simple steps and were motivated to create.

If you have your content ready and you're ready and you have the information that you want to share with your prospects and your market; really, if you follow the Seven Simple Steps you can create an information product in seven days. There's no reason why you shouldn't be able to.

The system that I use and what I teach works. They've worked for me many times over. They've worked for many people. Did it all happen for me overnight? No, I learned this stuff along the way. When I first started in this business of information products and creating things, I had the idea in my head that I wanted to do something.

But it took me some time and energy to put it all together. Once I did it and created a system to duplicate the process in an easier fashion then things got a lot easier. So once you take the time to learn and create your products.

How To Use Google's Adwords Keyword Tool To Research Your E Book Topic!

Really, in essence creating your very own information product and selling it online is by far one of the best ways to make money period. Today I want to talk to you about starting the creation process of writing your very own e book and talk about how to actually get things rolling by using Google's adwords keyword tool.

More importantly, the research and the homework that you should be doing before you actually start creating your product. Having a product is important, but the most important part is having an audience to sell you product to and to market that product to.

You could have the greatest product in the world, but if you don't have the audience to support it and you don't have the audience there to actually drive traffic to your websites so they can see your information, then your information is just sitting there waiting for nobody to come to it.

Some of you may be new to internet marketing and the internet. Some of you might have an idea. Maybe you've been on websites and you've browsed around the internet. Maybe some of you are more advanced or intermediate and you know how the internet and the web works.

Really, the internet is a vehicle that can provide a huge amount of business for many, many companies, for pretty much any company, even if you owned an off line grass cutting business. The opportunity if you knew how to position yourself properly on the internet is huge.

Gone are the days of using yellow pages and phone books, opening up a big bulky phone book to find providers and service providers and people in your area to help you. Everything has moved, literally, to the computer and the internet to search for information.

You and I both know this because even if we're not looking for information about business stuff. We go to our computer for anything; even kids go to the computer for resource stuff for their homework and what they want to do.

There's a huge opportunity to take a topic that interests you and find a market of people who have an interest in your topic and really creating an information product to sell to them.

It's not that hard to do. It's not that difficult, but there are some steps along that way that you need to do to actually create the process, implement it and get it up and running properly. That's the most important thing.

What we're going to do is talk about some of the things and how to get rolling. If you have an idea or a topic that interests you, the next thing you want to do is solve a problem in that market space.

There's all kinds of thing you can do, but solving a problem in real time with your information that somebody's having, a frustration that they're having, can make you a lot of money if you're in the right market and have the right traffic systems in place.

The first thing that you are going to want to do is start your homework by using Google's adwords keyword tool and searching some of the numbers that are out there that are related to your topic or niche.

By using this tool you can pin point and find out what is exactly going on in your market space and most importantly see how many people are searching for information about your topic on a monthly basis.

Use the search numbers that come up in the results to see if your topic is strong enough to create your first E Book. What you are looking for are numbers preferably in the thousands of searches not hundreds.

If there are thousands of people searching about your topic then you are probably on the right track. Just make sure that whatever product you decide to create that it solves someone's problem and can impact their lives in some way.

How To Make Money On The Internet With E Books

If there ever was a time to start making money online it's right now. Why because there is a growing number of people who want to start something part time away from their day jobs and create wealth.

There is an easy way to do this without having to having to fork out a large sum of cash to get started. I am talking about making money online with E Books. Have you ever considered writing your own E Book?

Do you have any hobbies or interests that you have considered talking about with others? Listen; there is a very real opportunity to make consistent regular money online with your own E Books. Just take your information that is in your head and getting it out to your market is the key.

Now I will tell you that there very well may be people out in the world that want to know what you know and a great vehicle to get it to them is through an E Book. Here are a few reasons why you may want to do this.

First delivering your information through your E Book is done automatically right on the internet so your prospect or customer can start reading right away even if it's 2:00 am in the morning. Second your E Book works for you 24 hours a day even when you are sleeping.

Really once you put the pieces of the puzzle together from creating your E Book to getting up online and having the world see it the rest works and runs on auto pilot. This is the reason why I like E Books so much.

Plus you do not have to physically deliver your E Book as it is a digital downloadable product. This is a great way to make money online. So how do you do it? You might be asking or wondering.

Let me outline for you how to get started with your E Book. First what you are going to want to do is start thinking of topics that you are interested in. Can you answer these questions?

What are your hobbies, Interests? What are your job skills or experiences?

Start by making two lists to determine what your hobbies and Interests are on one and then make another list to outline your job skills and experience.

Next look at all of these things that you listed and think to yourself, what are you most passionate about? What topic or item on your list are you the most interested in and could talk about easily?

This is critical because if you start by choosing the right topic to talk about you are going to have an easier time creating your E Book.

Next let's narrow your two lists down to 3 choices for what your E Book is going to be about.

Once you have 3 choices for topics then let's look at doing some keyword research to see if there is a strong enough market to sell your product to. What we are looking for is to see how many people on a monthly basis are searching for information related to our topic on the internet and keywords are king when it comes to marketing online.

By doing this we are finding out if we can make money in this market space and how our product will fit in.

So let's use a free keyword research tool which Google offers. So just go to Google's Search engine page and type in "Google Free Keyword Tool". Let's see what comes up and click on it.

Once at this page we want to take our 3 topic choices that we narrowed down from our list and type them into the search box one at a time and see what kind of results are being displayed.

What we are looking for is a strong market where the search results are in the thousands or more.

This is really the first few steps that you should take before even starting to write your E Book. Be sure to research your market because it makes no sense to create a great product and have no people to sell it to.
