Live life at your own pace and earn money sitting at home and working smart. This seems to be the mantra of the new Internet generation. Today 1000s of people have discovered new ways to harness this awesome power by doing jobs like taking surveys, data entry or just typing. Survey Scout is one of the oldest and most reputed survey programmes. There are probably over 100 such 'Paid Survey" programmes out there on the world wide web, but research has shown that 97% of them are just 'get rich quick' scams.

Let us see how the system works and how Survey Scout can actually help you generate income every week sitting right at home! First the most obvious question is why should anyone pay me for taking surveys? Even I was skeptical in the beginning, but then I realized that companies too are doing the smart thing. They have huge market research budget which often goes waste on tele-callers or telemarketers who end up badgering unsuspecting customers. So these companies decided to use the marketing budget smartly by paying the survey taker directly instead of paying for a data collector.

Now with the logic behind the paid survey addressed let us see how Survey Scout actually works and pays for you. many of the paid survey companies are out to make a quick buck as explained earlier. They entice the readers with unbelievable returns and collect the money either to send you pornography or just disappear. Therefore you must check for the quality and verify its validity before registering with any survey service. One way of doing it is to identify the top five and join.

Now, Survey Scout has been consistently ranked from 1 - 3 in most of the review sites. This speaks volumes for its quality and impeccable credentials. Most companies charge a onetime membership fee promising you that they will send several surveys averaging $5 -$75 but in reality it may take many months before you can even earn $25. But Survey Scout pays you $25 worth survey on joining! So practically, you pay only $9.95 for registration as you get to do a $25 survey almost instantly. That has earned survey scout the highest ranking of 5 stars.

Basically Survey Scout's strength is its strong paid surveys database now touching more than 400 top market research companies. In addition to the basic features of many online paid survey. I personally like the user-friendly approach of the whole site. It is simple to understand and browse and gives very good categorized information to registered members. They not only offer access to some of the best market companies but also categorize them by the types of compensation or rewards offered.

While many survey companies do not show the status of the online market research company. Survey Scout informs before registering whether the company accepts international members or only US based members. Survey Scout scores over many other sites mainly in the constantly updated database. It also offers you an 8 week unconditional money back guarantee.

Survey Scout offers various options to get paid online. Paid online surveys, focus groups, mystery shopper jobs, phone surveys and opportunity to sample new products are some of the ways that survey scout offers. They also offer many additional features, bonuses, free tools that make it really an attractive option. They also give you guidance on whether the company pays cash awards or gift certificates or points. Since they take the trouble of doing background research on the companies in their database, you need not do it by yourself.

If you are new to the business of online survey's then perhaps Survey Scout is your best choice with its user friendly interface and updated directory of companies.

If you don't quite believe that life begins at 40, just take a look at people over 50 who are super fit-all achievers in their own right and above the 40 year marker. It will change your view of ageing forever. Fit over 40 is an excellent book that showcases the art of healthy living over 40. The book written by Jon Benson and co-authored by Tom Venuto (author of the best seller burn the fat and feed the muscle) is a tribute to people who have defied ageing against great odds. And it has changed my life, maybe even added years to it.

There are tons of book on anti-ageing and fitness, but fit over 40 stands out because of its sheer honesty and truth of purpose. It is the real life account of the author's journey from fat to fitness. He goes on to present 50 role models all over the age of 40 some fit like a fiddle at the age of 70 plus!

Best thing about fit over 40 is the truly amazing account of how Jon Benson like many of his role models managed to motivate people when they were almost on their deathbed. If you think that Jon and Tom just did interviews with celebrity fitness professionals and compiled a book then you are dead wrong! Most of the 52 people whom you'll meet in these pages are people like you and me. There are engineers, full time moms, and construction workers - literally from all walks of life. So if they could do it why not me? This will be the question that will hit you powerfully when you start reading these testimonials.

Fit over 40 does not prescribe any fitness fad drugs; instead it is sheer hard work, strategy and commitment. The real life success stories of all these people over 40 have a common thread running that is the application of knowledge and dedication. Jon brings in the concept of "5 pillars of anti aging" each pillar is so vital in building and sustaining your health and fitness.

Personally, I always wondered at super fit people who defy age by their stunning physique and athleticism. After reading fit over 40 I could get answers to the questions. How do they train? How do they eat? And how do they think? These questions are answered in simple but inspirational real life experiences. You can choose the role model that resembles your situation and work out your own schedule. There are no strict regimens or fancy diets prescribed in this book. Personal accounts of people who had actually done it share their secrets - simple yet powerful.

Fit over 40 discusses the strategies that really work. No bottles, no syringes no pills - pure facts. The book covers the entire gamut of anti aging starting right from how to build up your muscles, how to boost your immune system and above all how to harness this good health to halt the relentless march of heart disease, diabetes and continue to live a healthy life.

You can really slash inches and pounds off your body and look better, feel better and jump around with the boundless energy of a teenager. Fit over 40 is for all people who come up with excuses especially when it comes to their love life. In this book, you'll learn some techniques to re-charge your sex life too! The authors have thought through the process of anti-aging very systematically and it shows. It shows in the alacrity they dispose of 'doubting Thomas' questions with crisp, true life inspiring stories.

Each true account in fit over 40 could reflect your own experience. You can choose the one that fits your goal and work on that. It is not true that this book talks only about body building. But even if you want to become a professional body builder it will help you, but it is more of motivation to ordinary people who just want to feel good and healthy once they reach 40.

The Proper Golf Swing - Easy Steps Often Overlooked

If only we all had the perfect golf swing, wouldn't that be nice? Too bad we don't - but hey, that is why I am here right? I have all kinds of great tips that you can use to make your golf swing better than you ever dreamed possible. You would be surprised to learn how many people don't really know what the proper golf swing is all about. Keep reading and test your knowledge!

First comes the grip, even if you have been playing for years there is a chance that you are not holding the golf club in the best fashion. People can pull off swings with things all out of whack but if you want to be good, I mean really good, you have to learn what makes a grip a good grip.

So, grab your club and hold it like you would if you were going to take a swing at the golf ball. How are your hands situated? Neither hand should be facing right down, this is vital to a good swing. Many people have their hands going in all directions and this leads to a very awkward swing indeed. You should have your hands to the side, similar to the way they would be facing if you were to be shaking someone hand. Your thumbs should be going in the same direction towards the head of the golf club with the only real spot of overlap there the backhands thumb is under the other hand a bit. Does that make sense? Having this correct grip will change the way that you play golf, just give it a try, it will take you far in learning the proper golf swing.

Another thing to remember is that the golf swing does not have to be one continuous motion. Most of the best golfers have a small pause at the top of their backswing. By taking that little break just before you begin your downswing you will be able to assure that your downswing is all that it can be. If you rush it and you go too fast then you are going to run into trouble and lose all control on the way down. This will lead to wild swings that get you nowhere in your game.

Then there are the body factors, the actual muscles and things of that nature. What many people do not realize is that there are a lot of muscles that go into playing golf, in fact if you are not careful you could even throw out your back. It may be tempting to use the wrists a lot when you swing that club but you need to understand that a good golf swing does not come from the writ, it comes from the legs and the trunk of your body. When you throw your whole body into the proper golf swing you are going to connect with the ball every time and you are going to find that your stroke is more powerful and more accurate than if you tried to simply strong arm the club.

The proper golf swing is made up of many little elements that all go together to make one perfect whole. By focusing on each of them you will be able to put them together like a fantastic puzzle t the end. This will leave you with a golf swing to die for and you will be the envy of everyone at the club, I guarantee it.

Improving Your Golf Fairway Shot

You've just hit a great drive into the middle of the fairway and you've got a birdie chance. Then you end up hitting a poor shot from the fairway and drop a stroke, or even worse. Has that happened to you?

Here are some things to consider that should lead to you playing a more consistent golf fairway shot:

Preparation:

When you've just hit a good tee shot you're usually delighted. In fact, you're usually so delighted that you can't wait to get onto the fairway and make the next shot. This can lead to a lack of concentration, remain focused. Assess the lie. Is it on a downslope, is it a tight lie, or a fluffy lie? An uphill lie for instance will naturally give your shot height, as you will catch the ball more on an upswing than you would normally. You have to assess all these things before selecting the right club and taking up the correct stance to play your golf fairway shot. Try and visualise your next shot. It's okay knowing how you're going to play it, but it's just as important to know where you're going to put it. Remember your alignment. Look down the fairway and find a target where you want your shot to finish. Now look back on the same line towards your ball and choose another target -maybe a patch of grass, two or three feet in front of your ball. Use this as your target for alignment, as it's easier to align correctly to a target only a few feet away than one that is hundreds of yards down the fairway.

Club Selection:

It's important to know what club to use in certain circumstances. The fairway woods can be an effective weapon in making a good golf fairway shot. They're great for giving you the chance to get down in two on long par fours for instance. A lot of amateur golfers don't like to use these clubs as they find they have a tendency to top the ball, or they try and get too underneath it, to get height. To counteract this, try moving the ball back a couple of inches inside your left heel and hitting down on it slightly

Long Irons:

These are the clubs that most amateurs find the hardest to use with any consistency. Your long iron shot should be like your swing for your woods. The shot should be played with a slow take back and a sweeping easy swing. You could also try placing the ball slightly forward in your stance, with your head a little in front of the club head at the address.

Middle Irons:

To gain more accuracy, try using a more upright stance and a steeper swing with these clubs. You could also try tightening your grip. Don't swing your arms around your body when you play the shot. Instead swing your arms skyward on the backswing.

Short Irons:

Don't be tempted into trying to swing too hard when using a short iron. It's far better to take an extra club and keep the swing smooth and controlled. A properly hit short iron should take a fairly large divot after contact, and apply backspin to the ball. The bottom of the club head should be grounded centrally behind the ball. You should also stand a little closer to the ball and adopt a more open stance.

If you remember to use this advice then your bad golf fairway shots should become a thing of the past.

Improving Your Golf Bunker Shot

Golfing is one of those sports that everyone should get involved in. It is fun and it is not too strenuous. That makes it perfect for people of all ages from the very young to the very old. Not many other sports can boast the huge age range of people who play golf. If there is one thing they all have in common it is the want to improve their swing. Everyone wants to score that hole in one and they all want to improve their golf bunker shot too. It is only natural.

There are several ways that you can work to improve your bunker shots and most of them are pretty basic. You don't need to grow another arm or buy some super expensive club to help you out, it is all about technique and learning from those who have been there before you. I was not a natural golfer. It took me a long time to get where I am today. For example I was one of those people, like so many others, who was always slicing the ball. No matter how hard I tried I only seemed to be getting worse, it was terrible. I practiced and I practiced and still I couldn't seem to improve my swing. Then I got smart and asked someone for help and the funny thing is that the answers they gave me were easy and simple. In no time I has solved the problem and that was that. So I have to commend you for even getting to this article because not everyone is smart enough to be willing to look for help when they need it. Now that you are here you can learn something!

But I digress, one bunker can be very different from the next - heck, even the same bunker can be different from day to day. It is all about the weather conditions. If it has been cold and wet lately then you could find that the bunker is full of wet sand and soil and this will mean you have to take a different approach to your bunker shot. So always keep that in mind when it comes time to hit the golf ball. Look around you and feel the ground with your feet to see how squishy or soggy it happens to be and include this info in your shot.

In the case of the ideal bunker shot out of dry normal sand you want to have the clubface a little more open than usual. This will allow you to get a good shot in that will get you out of the sand. In the case of wet or shallow sand then you want to take a slightly different approach. Try having the club face a little more square in this instance and see how that works for you. It should make all of the difference. In wet and shallow sand it is also a good idea to have a little less violent of a backswing. By making this backswing shorter you will have more control over the ball and your ability to maneuver it out of the bunker.

Always remember that if you make the mistake of closing the face of the club you will end up digging into the sand instead of getting out of it. This will lead to a whole new set of problems, so keep it open and you will find your score improving drastically the next time that you play golf. Your golf bunker shot will go from being so-so to impeccable.

Improve Golf Swing Techniques In 9 Easy Steps

Tip 1: You will need your hands placed with your thumbs pointed the same direction. Just, imagine how hitchhikers have their thumb up. When, you have your club in the air, your thumbs should point upwards. There are other things you can think about as well that will help you have your hands in the correct position to improve golf swing technique. If, your giving a handshake then your hands will be the same as when your playing golf. Also, if you have a remote control in your hand, then most likely they will be in the same position.

Tip 2: You want to make sure you don't swing too quickly. While swinging the club, you should maintain a rhythm to improve your golf swing. While, you have the club in the air, you should pause before you bring the club back down. This will help you get the ball farther more often.

Tip 3: While swinging the golf club, you need to keep weight on the inner side of your right foot, and also have a slight bend in the knee. If you don't do this, then you may not have as much power in your swing. While you have the club back behind you, just make sure your right knee is braced. Doing this, will help improve golf swing and send that ball far.

Tip 4: Your wrists aren't the things that give you the power in golf. The part of the body that gives the ball the power is your leg muscles. People who are new to golf will try to use their wrists, and sometimes this might work. However, for more power more often, use your body and leg muscles.

Tip 5: You don't need to hit the ball hard into the breeze; this will only send the ball with more spin and make it go higher. You need to hit the ball lower with more control, so keep the ball a few inches in front of you and have your hands forward. In the breeze, use a longer club then you normally would use, and just swing with ease.

Tip 6: You need a good balance to have a consistent swing. You need to hit the ball with your feet close together. This will help you have better balance, and improve your golf swing, for when you go back to your old position.

Tip 7: Before, any pro golfer goes to the first tee; they go to the practice area. All golfers should do this; you won't need to worry about how you strike the ball here. You will be able to warm up and loosen those muscles before you play. When you hit the ball, you should have some wedges as you go down to the driver. This will improve golf swing technique and possibly prevent some injuries.

Tip 8: It's very important to balance your swing, so you will be ready to hit the ball. If you can grip the club correctly, then your hands won't slip off. Your right grip has the preference, because golf is played with your hands. You will also get to feel the hit if you have them correctly. You need to use pressure points, so you don't drop the club, and so you can focus on a rhythm to improve golf swing technique.

Tip 9: On the backswing, many golfers let their left knee collapse. Doing this, will make your hips sway and makes your shoulder drop. Instead, you need to make sure your left knee goes outward on the swing. Doing this, you will feel some tension in your knees. Think of it like your holding something between your knees to keep them in the correct position.

Take action now, use these golf swing tips and put them into practice. You can only improve your golf swing using them!

How You Can Cure Your Golf Slice

For most amateur golfers, the shot that causes them the most problems is the golf slice. In fact the problem is so common, whole books have been written about ways you can try to correct the fault.

The golf slice is where the ball moves and bends in the air from left-to right .This is caused by a combination of having an open clubface and an outside to inside swing path. The incorrect swing puts side spin on the ball, causing the ball to cut violently to the side. This leads to a loss of control of the shot, as well as sometimes a loss of control of your temper on the course, as you become frustrated at the inability to keep your shot straight.

So how can you fix it?

Well, as mentioned before the out- to- in swing plays a large part in producing the slice. This fault is normally caused by standing with an open position as you address the ball. To try and correct the slice, some golfers compensate by aiming their body
well to the left of the intended target. They do this in the hope that the ball will slice and end up in the position they want it to. Unfortunately this stance is the ideal one to actually hit the ball from left to right. This means instead of correcting the problem, you are actually adding to it and may well end up causing yourself even more difficulty and embarrassment on the course.

To get rid off the golf slice, you'll need to start by ensuring you start your swing in the right position. You should set up by having your feet, hips and shoulders square to the line of your target. If during the downswing your club gets outside the target line, then you're more likely than not going to slice the ball. Poor alignment is one of the main reasons for the slice, but it can be corrected.

If you are unsure if you are in the right starting position, then here's a tip you can use:

Firstly place a club on the ground directly in line with the target. Take another club and place it parallel left of the target. Align the face of your club with the target, with your feet and shoulders parallel left. This may seem awkward and you may feel you are aiming to the right, but you can use the clubs placed on the ground as a visual aid to be confident you are in the correct position. You should position the ball you are going to strike, just inside your left heel. Take a light grip on your club, allowing the right elbow to relax, while keeping it close to your side. Still keeping your elbow relaxed and close to your side, start your backswing and keep the club low and to the inside. On your downswing concentrate on keeping the elbow close to your body and let the club head swing to a position of 1 o'clock. If you practice this routine regularly, you should see an improvement in your swing, and a reduction in your slice.

Another tip for keeping the golf club on the correct downswing path, is to visualise another ball positioned around three to four inches in front of your actual ball. As you start your downswing, as well as aiming to hit the actual ball, continue to keep the club moving forward towards the imaginary ball. If you do this you will produce a downswing that will be on an in-to-out path, and so preventing the dreaded golf slice.

How To Cure A Nasty Golf Hook

A golf hook can be compared to Pele's 'banana kick' in football. In the case of a right hander, when the golf ball strays severely, from the right to the left, it is referred to as a hook. Where left handers are concerned, the ball would sway from left to right. The golf hook is, more often than not, referred to as an error made by beginners. Of course, professional golfers may deliberately use this method to place the golf ball where required.

It is by doing a lot of practice that beginning golfers lose the golf hook. It is important to hold the club in a firm grip, and make sure the surface of the club does not end up pointing in the wrong direction as it strikes the ball. It is the lower hand (the right hand in case of right handers) that controls the basic power and direction of the stroke, and this needs to have a really firm grip on the club. The other hand provides support to this. At the same time, don't overdo the whole thing by holding the club in such a tight grip that the muscles on your entire arm are tensed, this will immediately affect your swing. Be comfortable and firm.

Your swing needs to be smooth and comfortable, ending over the shoulder level. Practice swinging the club over and over without the ball. While playing the shot, many beginners make the mistake of 'stopping' the swing once the ball is struck. Avoid this, and complete the swing, giving a nice follow through after the club connects to the ball. Also, remember that your body needs to move in the direction where you intend for the ball to travel. If this is not maintained, the stroke looks and definitely results, in a very clumsy effort.

Like any other sport, golf requires intense practice. One way golf is different is that it is a sport where you don't react on the spur of the moment. For example, a cricket player needs to strike the ball very much with a subconscious effort. But a golfer has all the time in the world to plan and execute his stroke. That's why it is nice to be able to visualize the shot before you play it. Look at the area where you want the ball to travel to, plan out what stroke you will need to play, and imagine yourself making a clean hit with a good follow through, that does you the job!

At the end of your swing, if your weight is on your back foot, then there is no way the ball would not have landed where you didn't intend for it to. This is the commonest of reasons for the hook, and can easily be corrected as long as a conscious effort is made. Keep in mind that during the swing, your weight starts on your back foot, and is transferred totally on the front foot, by the time it is completed. The toe of the back foot will point in the general direction where the ball lands.

Finally, a word on your stance. When your legs are close together, it makes you a little unsteady (try standing in a moving bus with your legs packed together and you'll see!). Open up your stance to give that solidarity to your shot, and yeah, in the bus as well! The result of the golf hook is generally due to the last two reasons mentioned, and I stress on that. So make sure your weight is transferred to the front foot and open up your stance. These are the last tips I am parting with you help you perfect your golf game.

The game of golf is one that we can all enjoy. It is a game for young people and for older people alike, that is why it is so popular these days, it has a universal appeal that no other sport in history has. It is also a game of precise skill that you have to work at to become good at. That is hwy How To Break 80 is a tool that you can give to anyone who enjoys golf.

I think that How To Break 80 is the perfect gift for yourself or someone you care about whether this person is a pro golfer or a newbie. Everyone can get something productive out of this product and that is why it is selling so fast and there is such a buzz about it online.

I got How To Break 80 not that long ago and it has already had a huge impact on my game. I have a better swing now and I am much more confident on the whole. Now I know what I was doing wrong for all of these past years.

The thing is that for so long I was told that I had to practice and practice if I wanted to get good so that is exactly what I did. The problem come in with the fact that I didn't know what the heck I was doing! I was practicing the wrong everything and that left me with a swing that would make the greenest player cringe and the ball never, I mean never, went where I wanted it to go. Needless to say a hole in one was not in my future.

It was about at that time that I found How To Break 80 and I found out there all of my practicing was simply ingraining all of my bad golfing habits. Instead of helping me get better I was only worsening the problem. Thank goodness all of that is in the past now that I have How To Break 80 and I am doing all of the things in this program. I am an almost decent player now and as soon as I unlearn all of my bad habits I will be a decent golfer indeed. I am looking forward to that day!

So what did I get out of How To Break 80 exactly? Well, first of all I was able to lower my handicap right away. That was a huge score for me, it was pretty bad. I also learned that although golf is a hard sport and it takes some careful work and planning it does not have to be as hard as I was always making it. I have so much more fun now when I am out on the links than I did before. It was getting to the point where I was almost dreading golf because I just knew I was going to end up mad and frustrated. I wouldn't give up though because I was so determined to make it. I really don't think I would have though if not for lucking into How To Break 80.

This How To Break 80 e-book is full of easy to follow tips and steps that make it easy for anyone to improve his or her golf game. In just a day you can see a drastic improvement in your swing and your overall game. You will not be Tiger Woods obviously, but in time who knows?
