Treadmill is electric exercising equipment, which has many positive effects on the health of the user. The user can run or walk on the belt of the treadmill which moves in circular motion. The modern treadmill is available with many facilities like measuring the heart rate and speed of the use. With these facilities it is possible to calculate the calories burnt by the user of the machine. Regular use of treadmill will help the user to remain healthy in life.

Today's modern and fast paced life has its own health hazards. One of them is stress, and one of the best ways to combat stress is to go for a regular workout on a treadmill. Basically, a treadmill is a piece of indoor sporting equipment used for running or walking without moving any distance.

Digestion is the sequence of the events; it is a complicated process which involves many system of the body to work together. Digestion is the process through which body utilizes the nutrients of the food and dispose of the waste product. Treadmill helps the user to loose the weight and burn calories, which is good for the digestive system.

When the person eat more and burn less calories this will result in indigestion. The user of the treadmill can shed down the extra weight and burn the excess calories which will help to have good digestive system and a good health. Digestive system can be improved through walking and jogging and treadmill is an exercise machine which enables the person to walk without changing his place. It also allows the user to exercise any time of the day.
