As the world develops, people begin to live for a lot longer period of time, but is this really as long as you want to live? And what is the limit of life? A lot of people would also like to know how to live a longer life so we will take a look at a few aspects.

In ancient times the life expectancy of humans was about 30 years; this has now progressed to a much healthier 80 or so years. This has been due to developments in medicine and technology, which in fact can now cure most childhood diseases, so instead of dying at a young age; people are now more immune to diseases which were very dangerous centuries ago.

But a few of these upcoming tips can help you live a longer and healthier life. First and foremost the whole body is made up of a lot of fluids, therefore you should drink huge amounts of water of a daily basis, there is really no limit as to how much you drink, as water can do no harm. Water not only gives you an amazingly clear complexion, but it also helps keep the body hydrated and make you lose any excess weight.

As well as drinking water another major aspect is to eat healthily, that means no more visiting fast food chains and instead making yourself a healthy salad full of nutrition.

As the world develops in technology, a lot more people do not move around a lot, this is especially true if you have a desk job as you will be sitting around all day and then you will probably drive home and sit down and watch some TV. So in all honesty, there is really not enough movement happening in your life. You should decide to take up some sort of activities such as going to the gym or regularly cleaning your lawn or playing a kind of sport.

Although you may not like to hear this, you should cut out smoking and alcohol consumption. Did you know that puffing away on one cigarette cuts around 5 hours of your life and more. Regular alcohol consumption can damage your organs, with potential liver failure.

Finally you should remember that if you would like to live longer, then you should cut out stress, as this not only damages your body, but it also makes you pick up the above mentioned habits such as smoking, eating unhealthily and drinking.
