Sleep disorders are common in childhood and can include Para insomnias, sleep-related breathing disorders, insomnia, hyper insomnia such as narcolepsy and circadian rhythm disorder.

Para insomnia is the objectionable experiences or physical events, at arousal from sleep or within sleep and will include behaviors, perceptions, sleep-related movements, emotions, dreaming and involvement of the autonomic nervous system.

Para insomnia is categorized into three separate stages: NREM - non-rapid eye movement; REM - rapid eye movement and occurring clinically through the night interrupted by brief periods of awakens.

Sleep-related rhythmic movement disorder often sees the child seeking out a hard surface to rhythmically bang his or her head against upon waking, head rolling or rhythmically rolling their entire body. For more details www.activities-little-fingers.com These movements are more common in infants and toddlers. Parent's main concern is the child's ability to hurt them. This can be avoided by placing padding around the sleeping area and listening carefully for the onset of the rhythmic banging or rolling to begin in order to prevent it from escalating.

Night terrors are something like bad dreams your child can not wake up from, even though they seem like they are awake. Many don't even remember the incident the next morning. Night terrors are characterized by a loud and often piercing scream associated with intense fear, they may seem as if they are in a trance and not really awake which is often the case. They do not recognize their parents and will resist consoling or comfort. These night terror episodes usually last up to 15 minutes.

Sleepwalking behavior could be preceded by repetitive confused behavior resulting in walking or the child could run or bolt from a perceived threat upon waking. Children usually have loud vocalizations with this type of waking and it may only last a few moments.

Children experience sleepwalking more than night terrors and it is often difficult to hand on the parents' part. Anticipatory waking may be used if there is a pattern of waking. Wake the sleepwalking child for 15 nights in a row, approximately 15 minutes before the episode usually occurs. For more details www.tips-getting-healthy.com Medications should be avoided unless prescribed by a doctor and this is only in rare cases where the sleepwalking is continual and uncontrollable.

The most common sleep Para insomnia in children for REM sleep is nightmares. Nightmares usually begin in children around the age of three and six years but can start at any age. They tend to occur later in the night because they are affecting the REM cycle and may happen more than once as there are several REM cycles per night.

Other problems that might disturb your child's sleep is RLS - restless leg syndrome or PLS - periodic leg syndrome which are both characterized as the urge to move their legs and could keep them awake at night causing insomnia and tiredness during the daytime hours. Both of these syndromes had once been thought to only be prevalent in adults, but in the past several years, researchers have found many children who suffer from both RLS and PLS.

Children naturally have more NREM sleep in stages 3 and 4. Most disturbances are self-limiting and some reassurances are all they need. However, if the disorders continue into adolescence, intervention from a professional would be needed.

Are you having trouble falling asleep at night? Most people that get to sleep at night usually have things in common. One of those things is being able to relax after a long day at work. This article will discuss the most common mistakes people make when they can't fall asleep. 1. They don't take the time for themselves to unwind at night. If your day is filled with work and other responsibilities with very little time for yourself, then you're not alone. There has to be time for you. Not just five or ten minutes. You need to make a conscious effort to set the last hour of your day for yourself. You should use this time for anything you want to do. For more details www.activities-little-fingers.com Choose relaxing activities, such as reading or listening to music. While you should schedule this time everyday, the time doesn't necessarily have to be constructive or productive. Make sure you are not using the time for working. You probably do enough of that during the day. 2. They don't talk to their spouses in the evening. Most people don't know that they have their best support system right in their own home. All you have to do is start talking to your spouse. Talking about your day and the challenges you encounter is very therapeutic and may help you start relax in a night. May also find you are reconnecting with your spouse and that's good thing. Make sure when you're talking in the evening. You keep the conversation away from money and family finances. This will help you avoid confrontation before going to bed. 3. They don't acknowledge or prepare for challenges of the day ahead. Let's face it, if you have to work to support a family, then you are faced with many challenges during your workday. This can range from your projects or your office politics. Anyway it can lead to stress, anxiety and sleepless nights. Sit down with a pen and paper and make a list of what you have to do for the next day. One thing this exercise does is release stress and also helps you prepare for the day ahead. While you're writing you should start feeling relief and hopefully be relaxed enough to get to sleep. After reading this article, you learned about some common mistakes that people make when trying to fall asleep at night and how you can avoid them. For more details www.tips-getting-healthy.com Once you correct these mistakes, you should be on the right path to getting some sleep at night again.
No More Snoring

Dear Friend,
If you snore, or live with a person that snores, then you already know how disruptive snoring can be. It can rob you of a good night's sleep, make you tired and irritable, and even become a barrier to intimacy and affection.
For me, living with a snorer was pure hell. For years my husband's snoring drove me insane. From the minute in his head hit the pillow, until the moment our alarm started buzzing, he snored as loud as a freight train.
Of course, during the first few years I coped with it, and was a tolerant loving wife, but day after day my irritation and anger deepened and his snoring, became as annoying as a constant itch.
And,it wasn't long before my frustrations affected other parts of our life, such as our vacations, our sleeping arrangements, and even our sex drive.
Sure, I can laugh about it now, because everything has changed - but at the time I couldn't wait to get away from him, just to get a quiet and relaxing good night's sleep.
So, if this sounds familiar, and you're dealing with the same snoring annoyances, then I can confidently say: There's help for you too!
So, sit up straight, grab a cup of coffee to perk up and I'll show you how to deal with snoring once and for all without taking drugs, having to wear strange contraptions, or leaving your partner's bed.
If You Snore Now, It's only
Going To Get Much Worse!
Whether you snore a little or a lot, snoring is taking its toll on your body.
In addition to being sleepy and perhaps more accident prone, there is growing evidence that snoring affects our health. In fact, Hungarian researchers have suggested that heavy snorers are at a significantly higher risk of developing acute cardiovascular problems.
And, according to Press TV, the Journal Sleep reported that loud snorers are 34% more prone to developing a heart attack, and 67% more prone to a stroke.
Furthermore, a report from the University of California School of Dentistry found that 21% of men who snore had hardened blockages in there carotid arteries. (Carotid arteries carry oxygen to the brain.)
So you see, even more important than the relationship problems and social embarrassment that snoring causes. Snoring can also be a health risk. And you (or your snoring partner) need something better than a patched up solution.
Because, as people age, throat muscles relax (like our other body parts) which increases snoring. And, as people gain weight, fatty deposits can narrow their throat, so it's harder to breathe and people snore more.
That's why snoring may start at mid-life and gradually worsens as we age because the more relaxed the muscles are, the more they vibrate. And, it's that vibration which is loud and disturbing.
All the more reason you need a solution that's
•	100% natural
•	Strengthens you physically
•	Relaxes and distress you
•	Shows quick results
And, as simple as this is going to sound, or as skeptical as you may feel, the truth is: you can stop snoring by doing a few simple exercises that take about 3 minutes a day.
It's easy to stop snoring when you know
exactly what to do
And in a minute, I'll show you one of our jaw strengthening exercises to try out for yourself, but before I do let me quickly explain how these exercises were developed, and what makes them so effective.
You see, other than living with a snoring husband, I'm also a teacher at a high school for performing arts, in Texas. And, one of close friends teaches music at the same school. She does vocal training for aspiring singers.
One evening she came to my home to drop off some teaching materials, and my husband was already in bed, snoring loudly.
So loud in fact that I was a little embarrassed about it, but she didn't mind. She just listened to the snoring with a perplexed look on her face. Then she said, Your husband has a 'lazy' soft palate.
Of course, I had no idea what she was talking about, but as she explained and it made perfect sense.
You see, snoring is the sound made when soft palate and other loose tissue in the throat vibrates when a person breathes in. If a person has obstructions in the nose or throat they tend to breathe stronger - and the more labored the breath the more the loose tissue vibrates.
Some obstructions include: large tonsils or adenoids, a particularly narrow throat, nasal polyps, a deviated septum as well as nasal congestion due to a cold or allergy. Snoring also occurs when the base of the tongue flops back across the throat, and even vibrates itself.
So similar to voice training, she thought that if my husband strengthened the muscles in his throat, tongue and larynx, his snoring should decrease. And, if my husband was interested, we could test out her theory with a few exercises.
Well, let me just say: Those exercises worked wonders!
Each week my husband's snoring became lighter and lighter. After about 2 weeks, we were sharing the same bed again, and in less than 2 months we were both sleeping like babies.
Of course, after a night out at the pub he still snores a bit, but nothing like the way he used to.(Generally when people drink alcohol it relaxes their throat, so it vibrates.)
But, by and large, the exercises she recommended cleared up my husband's airways and strengthened his throat and tongue muscles. So at night they didn't vibrate as much, or so loudly.
In fact, his results were so impressive that we felt others could benefit, so we teamed together. I researched as much as I could about snoring, and my friend spoke with doctors and voice specialists to fine tune the exercises, so they'd target more specific areas, much faster.
And after testing it on more than 100 people, we felt that our program was ready to share with others, like you. See for yourself
Try out this jaw strengthening exercise
The best way to see how simple these exercises are is to try one out.
So here's an exercise that helps to loosen your jaw - because tight or clenched jaws are considered one of the leading causes of snoring.
This exercise takes only a minute, but before you're done, you should feel your jaw muscles strengthen and the back of your mouth opening up.
1.	Start by lining up your upper and lower molars and put them together, very lightly.

2.	Now imagine your molars are like a hinge (similar to your door). Lower your jaw while keeping your molars together and your lips closed. Open and close your lower jaw about 20 times.

See how easy they can be?

And, this is just one of the 24 exercises we've developed to stop people from snoring. Each exercise is designed to strengthen a specific area - turning relaxed, weaker muscles that block your airways and flap like a flag into toned and well-controlled muscles.
It's a natural, non-evasive approach to
snoring!
Instead of the risk of removing those weaker muscles during surgery, or by pushing them aside with uncomfortably dangerous devices you must wear in your mouth try exercising first.
And, since snoring occurs from a combination of loose tissue and obstruction, you may need to tone, tighten and strengthen a variety of areas. That's why our program is so effective.
This program will
•	Strengthen your tongue: You get exercises that will strengthen your tongue so it stops it from falling back into your throat (which is a very common cause for snoring and an unhealthy and dangerous way of breathing.)
•	Expand your throat: Discover an exercise which opens your airway, so you don't have to breathe so strongly when sleeping. (Another common cause of snoring.)
•	Unblock your nasal passages: Take a quick test to see if your passages are blocked. If they are, do these 2 exercises to unblock you passages and breathe easier.
•	Free your airways: Strengthen your weak tongue, throat, or jaw to eliminate your snoring for good.
In total, you get 24 powerful exercises specifically designed to cure snoring.
Of course, it's not necessary to do all 24 each day - but you will have to do a handful of them regularly. You'll be able to quickly narrow down the exercises that benefit you the most, and only spend 3 to 5 minutes a day doing them.
Plus, each exercise is available on audio, so you can download the audio's for easy to follow guidance, instead of trying to remember how they are done.
But, more than just exercises, with this
program you also get
•	Self-diagnoses tool: In about 2 minutes you'll be able to easily identify your unique snoring problems, so you can focus on the exercises that are best for you.
•	Customize a step-by-step program: You'll be able to create a program that treats YOUR individual causes for snoring and monitors your improvements.
•	Discover how to change the way you breathe: 5 simple to follow techniques that will remove tension, and your tension causing headaches.
•	Discover the 2 best sleeping positions for snorers: Sleep in these positions, and you'll snore much less.
•	Learn how to position your pillows: With 3 extra pillows you can instantly open up your airways, and reduce your snoring tonight even before you've done a single exercise.
•	How to unclamp your neck muscles: A simple way to release mental tension, as well as your snoring.
Plus, you'll
•	Discover the danger of mouth devices: How they only cover up your problems and put you at risk. Plus, as you and your muscles age, they'll loosen even more and your snoring will only worsen.
•	Discover why your "soft palate" really vibrates: The soft palate is that small, soft hanging tissue in the back of your mouth. Learn more about it and you'll better control it, and eliminate your snoring.
•	How to completely open up your throat: Discover a way to yawn that can give you a better night's sleep. So simple, yet so effective. (You can do it while watching TV.)
This comprehensive Stop Snoring Program provides full, easy to follow explanations and illustrations to make sure every exercise is done properly.
Exercises so powerful, yet so effective that you'll notice a difference within a couple of days, and cure your snoring in as little as 4 weeks! (These exercises can even treat a serious snoring disorder like "sleep apnea - but do consult your doctor first.)
Forget surgery, pills, creams, sprays, clips or neck devices. Most of these solutions are expensive, and only provide a solution that targets a single obstruction or loose muscle whereas our exercises allow you to target all problem areas.
Just Imagine!
•	Sleeping straight through the night !
•	Not having to leave your partner's bed !
•	Waking up refreshed and reenergized !
•	Eliminating the frustration of waking up grumpy when rolled over !
•	Being able to share accommodations without embarrassment !
•	Never robbing your roommates of a good night's sleep, again !
•	Avoiding surgery, implants or uncomfortable snoring devices.
If you could stop snoring for good, how would your life improve? How would your family feel? How much stronger would you be physically, mentally and emotionally?
If you do these exercises for 3 to 5 minutes a day, in less than 4 weeks you could be waking up with the most incredible smile on your face.

You'll watch your relationships strengthen, your moods improve, and even enhance your health.
Let's face it!
•	30% of people over 30 snore, 40% for those who are middle-aged. (Source: British Medical Journal, 1997)
•	2 out of 3 partnered adults have a partner who snores. (Source National Sleep Foundation's 2005 poll)
•	Almost 85% of snorers exceed 38 decibels, which is equivalent to the noise of light highway traffic. (Source: HealthEast and the Stanford Sleep Disorders Clinic)
And, that's exactly why this unique program was created.
For years, I suffered through the roar of my husband's snoring - and, most days I was frustrated, tired and resentful.
Don't let that anger and frustration affect your life.
If you snore, or if you are living with someone who does, these exercises can dramatically help you regain your life.
But, the only way to get this powerful program and cure your snoring once and for all is to order now.
Thinks about the alternatives, surgery can cost you thousands, nose clips and mouth or throat devise are uncomfortable and sometimes even dangerous, not to mention expensive and often ineffective.
This Stop Snoring Program is way more than 24 simple exercises - it's a comprehensive, step-by-step program that if followed regularly can cure snoring, once and for all.
It's jam-packed with exercises, as well as snoring techniques, tips and strategies that can save you a ton of stress, aggravation and sleepless nights.
In fact, almost every day I hear from people who have used this program and achieved remarkable results.
Don't believe me? Check out how impressed other satisfied ex-snorers are about this program.
I've been on your program for about 7 days, and I think it's great! I'm not cured yet, but the exercises are easy and I seem to be snoring much less already. Thank so much.

Foam matteress versus spring matteress

For over 140 years people have slept on coil spring mattresses with little being done to improve them. We have tried making them softer, adding pillow tops, and additional padding, however very little changes have been made in the structure of the spring mattress. Visco-elastic foam, commonly called memory foam, has been studied since 1970 when NASA attempted to use a similar material for seats in space shuttles to help absorb force. However the trials showed the the original material was difficult and expensive to make and broke down over time. It has taken companies thirty years to create an affordable, long lasting, and beneficial memory foam mattress. The difference in comfort and support is a major draw for memory foam buyers.

The common issue with spring mattresses is that the coils provide too much pressure over much of our bodies so we become sore and toss and turn while trying to compensate for the lack of custom support. This leads to pressure point tension and trouble sleeping. Studies have shown that almost all spring coiled lose 16 percent of their support within one year, and as our body weight is not evenly distributed, not all coils in the mattress will wear the same. Memory foam mattresses on the other hand, conform to your body shape resulting in less pressure and force being used against your body. The foam distributes your body weight evenly and provides custom support for each person. Another advantage of foam mattresses over spring is their durability. Most mattress come with a 10 year warranty however the inner springs can wear and the padding can deteriorate as soon as five years.

A foam mattress can last for up to 20 years and never need flipped or any real maintenance whatsoever. However with either kind of mattress the life of the mattress depends on the quality of which it was made and the care given to it by the owner. A mattress that is abused, jumped upon and gotten wet will not last nearly as long. While overall opinions are good for foam mattresses, there have been some issues brought up in consumer testing. The foam mattresses adjust to your body temperature becoming softer when you are warm, and firmer when you are cool. Some testers complained that the mattress becomes too hard when it is cold. Other testers complained that when it is too hot, the mattress feels like it is swallowing them and it is often difficult to change positions. Another common concern is an odor left over from the manufacturing process can last several days to several weeks and can often make users nauseous. However the smell goes away on it’s own.

The final aspect to consider is price. While either mattress type can have a huge price range, it is important to check the construction and features of the mattress you are buying. A quality spring mattress will cost you anywhere from $400 and up for a queen size, not including the box frame. The highest quality Tempur-Pedic mattress can range around $1900 however a comparable model is now being made for about $800 again not including the box frame. Overall the common opinion is that foam mattresses offer superior support and are especially good for people with back and joint problems. However not everyone will benefit from a memory foam mattress. It is important to try out any mattress for as long as possible before you commit to it.

Anxiety responses were needed in previous years to trigger the nervous system into a series of chemical reactions that would initiate action. For our ancestors, this fight or flight impulse often meant the difference between death and survival for another day. Experts warn us that the never-ending stressors that we are constantly encountering can lead to health problems including obesity, diabetes, and hypertension. In contrast to the ancient forms of stress, such as the stress of a hungry bear approaching a cave, modern-day stress sources are more frequently of the chronic variety such as meeting increasing demands at work, studying for an exam, quitting smoking, and worrying about money and relationships.

Anxiety can wreak havoc on the overall health of children, with school work, exams, peer pressure, video games, and other challenges tending to trigger the same self-protective response that adults experience. However, in children, the result is often poor sleep. As a society, it is definitely evident that we need to unwind. The National Sleep Foundation reported that almost 74% of all Americans don’t sleep enough with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention claiming that 50 to 70 million people suffer from chronic sleep disorders. Americans actually filled 35 million prescriptions for sleeping pills in 2004 costing $2.1 billion.

All of these previously listed signs indicate how easy it is for us to forget the importance of good rest. Thankfully, there is a solution: Lactium, which is a milk-derived protein that presents a natural alternative for those who suffer from the modern ills that are associated with stress. Lactium is clinically proven to aid with relaxation and stress reduction. It first attracted attention after researchers found the bliss of an infant after drinking milk. The question to ask is why milk does not produce the same blissful state in adults.

A decade of research has led to the conclusion that there is a peptide with relaxing properties within a milk protein called hydroslysate. Following studies confirmed this link between Lactium and the reduction of stress symptoms. Scientists also found that adults do not experience the same calming effects of milk that infants do is because adults do not have the same enzymes that are found in a newborn which allow for the release of this relaxing peptide. Lactium supplements overcome this problem, as Lactium was proven to reduce stress reactivity in healthy women who took it for thirty consecutive days.

Following these results, a multinational team of researchers investigated the effects of Lactium on women who exhibit at least one symptom of stress. The team concluded that a 150 milligram dose of Lactium per day was especially helpful for those people who had exhibited the highest of stress intensities. These women also experienced improved digestive, cardiovascular, intellectual, emotional, and social functioning.

Most experts agree that the best cure to stress is exercise and a healthy diet. However, many people under stress need a little extra help now and then. Lactium presents a safe, non-toxic, and 100% natural option for those people who want to maximize the quality of their sleep and relaxation. Lactium can help you find some of that sleep that nourishes your life and gives you the energy to take on another day. It is available at your local or internet vitamin store.

We’ve all had that moment, you wake up and think ‘what on earth was all that about?’ and the puzzled expression that goes along with it looks something like this: :s. Except rotated, and more human.
We’ve compiled this list of the most common dreams and what the big wigs think that they mean.

Flying Dreams
Probably the most common type of dream, many of these dreams can fall into the category of lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming is where you are aware of the fact that you are dreaming, this, in turn gives you the feeling that you are actually flying and you may find that you are in control of a dream like this.
Dreams where you are flying are often a indicator of freedom. As humans cannot fly, flying can often represent the desire to do more, if you are feeling particularly confident at this moment in your life, the dream may symbolise your determination.

Naked Dreams
We’ve all had this type of dream, you’re doing something very normal and suddenly you realise that you are naked. These kinds of dreams are very common as they often result from some aspect of vulnerability. If you are feeling particularly exposed or embarrassed about something that has happened in your real life, this may well manifest itself in your dream. Often, the realisation that you are naked in a dream will result from a lack of confidence, for example you may be feeling that you won’t be accepted by others.
Being naked in a dream may also suggest lack of preparation or loss of control. If you don’t feel in control of a situation or you are unprepared for an event in real life, this may be reflected in a dream.
In many of these dreams, the people around you won’t notice that you are naked; this is arguably a projection of your own insecurities. If no one in the dream notices it may mean that your subconscious is telling you that your worries aren’t important.

Being Chased
Another extremely common dream is one where you are being chased, often by someone trying to attack you. This commonly includes someone you know, an animal or an unidentified attacker. These dreams are often a signal of a fear of being attacked, either physically or mentally. Chase dreams will usually result from some kind of stress or anxiety in your day to day life which you are attempting to escape. If possible, in dreams it is best to attempt to confront the attacker, question its motives and do not let it overpower you. It’s a dream after all.

Losing Teeth
Many of us experience dreams where we are losing our teeth. This may seem a bizarre type of dream to have and you might think that it can’t be explained in the same way as a dream of being chased can. However, the meaning behind a dream where you are losing your teeth stems from the fact that your teeth are a revealing aspect of your personality. As we speak with our mouths, dreams where our teeth are falling out can represent your insecurity about what you say to others. If you are feeling particularly stressed about an upcoming event, this kind of dream is very common.

When it comes to dreams, if you can master the art of controlling them then the opportunities are endless, you could fly wherever you liked! Sweet Dreams readers!

Space is a huge factor in any bedroom and Childrens bedrooms are usually smaller than that of the adult, yet on the whole they have more things to store away and need more space. Many adults have the divan beds with storage drawers and ottoman beds to save space and increase storage, and now children can have the increased amount of space and storage too, as many bed manufacturers have made a range of fantastic Cabin Beds.

The Cabin Bed, or Study Bunk as it is sometimes known, is usually a single bed on top with a wide range of different furniture options for underneath where the other bunk would normally go. Some of the innovative storage and space saving options include desks, chairs, storage drawers, futons and wardrobes. The beauty of the storage bunk is that instead of taking up valuable floor space, the cabin bed takes up vertical space which would usually be unused anyway, freeing up the rest of the bedroom for other things such as bedroom furniture and even another bed.

Cabin beds are made from both wood and metal and are available in a wide range of different finishes to fit in with your child's bedroom decor, and are built to the highest standards ensuring that your child will be safe throughout the night. Some manufacturers allow you to specify what furniture you want on the cabin bed and also where on the bed you want it on to ensure maximum access. Some of the bedroom furniture such as futons are usually on castors to help move the furniture where you want it, such as moving the futon to another room and using it as a guest bed.

One of our top quality guest beds is the Star Collection Sleep Station, Exclusive to Bedstar. The sleep station is constructed from solid wood and is in a classic antique pine finish, and includes a 2 door wardrobe, bookshelves, 4 narrow drawers and a pull out desk. Although the sleep station is supplied as a frame only, it is designed to accept a standard 3FT Single (90cm x 190cm) saving you the stress of trying to find a custom sized mattress like with other Childrens beds.

Another cabin bed from Bedstar is the Joseph Study Bunk. The Study Bunk is constructed from metal and is in a silver finish. The Study Bunk has been solidly built to the highest standards to ensure safety and the bottom bunk contains a desk, folding chair and a futon. Not only is this bunk bed highly functional, it is also highly fashionable with it's sleek contemporary design, bringing a touch of style to any bedroom.

These cabin beds and many more are available on Bedstar now at discount prices, so give your child the best nights sleep possible tonight with these fantastic cabin beds from Bedstar.

Buying a mattress can be a very stressful experience, but what can be even more stressful is when you have bought the mattress and you can't position it in the correct place due to tight corners, small doorways or tight corridors. A vacuum packed mattress could be the answer.

The vacuum packed mattress (or roll up mattress) is a completely ordinary mattress, just that it comes delivered to you in a roll. How this works is in the factory, the mattress is packed into a plastic wrapper, and all of the air is completely extracted. The mattress is then rolled up and packed again to keep it into shape. The benefits of this type of mattress is that not only is a vacuum packed mattress easy to transport, it also arrives to you in a 100% hygienic condition which is great news for allergy suffers.

Vacuum packed mattresses are also extremely comfortable and are in many respects just as good as, if not better than a standard mattress. Some vacuum packed mattresses include memory foam, latex, reflex foam and even pocket springs to give you maximum comfort throughout the night. The mattress is also ready to sleep on within hours. Simply take the mattress into the room of your choice, unpack the mattress and let it unfold to maximum size. Vacuum packed mattresses also come in all sizes and are designed to fit onto any standard divan bed or bed frame, so everyone can enjoy them.

One of our best selling vacuum packed mattresses is the Breasley Flexcell 1000. The Flexcell 1000 features a luxury 10cm of Visco Elastic memory foam, resting on a 10cm base of reflex foam. All Breasley Flexcell mattresses are manufactured in the UK using only the finest materials, and to back this up, every Breasley Flexcell mattresses carries a full 5 year guarantee.

The Flexcell 1000 was also reviewed in May 2006 by the consumer group Which?, who gave the Flexcell a very impressive 73%. This included 5 stars for durability, 4 stars for body support, 4 stars for lumbar support, 4 stars for pressure relief and 4 stars for ease of use. The Flexcell 1000 also managed to score higher than the leading brand names in the field of vacuum packed memory foam mattresses.

The Comfort star features 140mm of CMR 34 F reflex foam encased in a soft to touch damask microquilted cover.
