Jenny Craig has basically the same type of set-up. It is just as easy to look at their menu; in fact their website gives the picture right on the webpage. That way you do not have to click on a link to see it. If you want the full details, though, you still have to go to another page.

Deliciously Yours from eDiets is similar in that it is a diet meal delivery service. You get to choose from a wide variety of foods for meals that will be made up by chefs and delivered to your door each week. The foods are freshly made, unlike those of Jenny Craig or Nutrasystem diets. All you need to do is to go on the website and choose from the menu.

One way to sort out which meals you want to get is by what foods are most like the foods the rest of your family will be eating. If your pre-packaged meals are similar to your loved ones' dinners, you will not be as tempted to try theirs instead of eating yours.

For example, if your family has pizza every Saturday night, choose one of the diets' pizza entrees to have at the same time. If a birthday party is coming up, order a diet cake dessert to have while the others have birthday cake. They can have their treat while you have yours.
