There are many corporate who are associated with the placement consultants for having a qualified professional and if any placement consultancies fulfill their requirement so either they get commission or some percentage from the annual salary of the candidate according to their terms and conditions with the companies. Basically companies look for the specific skills in the candidates like creativity, leadership quality, convincing power, attitude and obviously the qualifications.

Many firms has declined their permanent staff and focusing more on hiring temporary employees. This we have observed mostly on every sectors but the only sector to avoid the downturn was nursing and medical care.
In short we can say that the UK job market offers great working opportunities. Its flexible labor market has produced a healthy employment market in recent years, with unemployment mostly below 5%, which compares well to other EU countries.
