How to Help Your Man Look and Feel Better
It's never too early to start planning for the summer. Whether you're ready to be whisked away to a tropical island, go for a cross-country drive, or just enjoy the weather in your favorite skimpy outfits, you know that the one thing that's common between all those things is that you'll want to be looking your best. Even more important, and perhaps even more challenging, may be motivating your man to plan ahead as well, but there are some surefire ways to help him look and feel better so that he's ready in time as well. Refresh his clothes. You man may not shop as much as you, but it doesn't mean he doesn't love his clothes. Think about all the tattered T-shirts he's held onto all these years. Well you can buy him some nice new dress shirts, some nice pants, and a tie or two, but don't forget that he wants to look cool and casual too. There are some great shops at the mall or vintage t-shirt places that have the retro designs and logos of his favorite bands, but without all the holes, rips, and ketchup stains. For him, new versions of his favorites will feel like putting on a superhero outfit that makes him feel years younger. Join a gym together. Just tell him you're concerned about your own physique, and get him to join you for support. Partner with him for some easy workouts on the treadmill or at a yoga class, until he's comfortable enough to strike out on his own and head to do some heavy lifting in the weight room. Remember, the goal here isn't necessarily to make him only look better -- exercise will vastly improve his health and really make him feel better on the inside. Once he sees that regular workouts give him more energy, slim him down, and give him confidence, he'll make is an integral part of his lifestyle. Give him a spa day. Relaxation can be one of the best ways to make you man look and feel better. They may resist it at first, but considering all the stress he may be under every day, there is no better way to provide a getaway without having to leave the neighborhood. Whether it's aromatherapy, a massage, sauna, mud bath, or anything that can take the tension away, you'll see results immediately. Going back every few weeks together will be nice too. Upgrade his daily routine. This is important for the long term. What he may consider as a little thing like shaving, for example, as just a chore, buying him the right shaving products can actually improve his skin and help him appreciate keeping his face smooth for you. Good brands, like Anthony Logistics for Men, sell incredible products ranging from facial cleansers that rejuvenate the skin and ease away bumps and dry patches, pre-shave oils that protect the skin from the razor, soothing shave creams, and after shave balm that will cool any irritation. You can even buy these in pre-packaged sets that make it easy for any man to follow. So with a little effort and direction, your man will be able look and feel better in no time. The best part of it is, all of the above are things he can maintain on his own -- so once you've got him hooked, you may not have to every worry about this again.
