The FMCG products are meant for short term usage. They are consumed over a shorter period of time and that makes them sell a lot. Most of the FMCG products are used by most of the people all around the world. They are most used every day and their average life span is one month. Certain FMCG products are consumed in a period of one year but they do not generally go beyond that.

The manufacturers try to establish the band strength and this way they try to achieve a high number of sales. The FMCG industry can only survive if the products are consumed and purchased consistently and in huge quantities. This encourages the distributors and wholesalers to promote the products locally. They create their own private label brands to increase the sales and to stay in the competition.

The FMCG products have achieved a high level of distribution over the years. All the parties have played their role to achieve this. The advertisers, the marketers, the wholesalers, the manufacturers and the distributors have worked equally hard to get the high level of distribution.

The FMCG products can be categorized into electronics and other products. The other products include the products that are sold at groceries and supermarkets. The FMCG products like soap, shampoos, cosmetics, shaving equipment etc will fall into the other products category while the mp3 players, mobiles phones etc will come under the electronics.

The FMCG products need high level of distribution to strengthen the brand. These means that every one needs to play his role including the wholesalers and the manufacturers. The retailers have also helped to as they have been working on the private label brand creations.

The FMCG brands are not only sold well because everyone needs them but the retailers and the manufacturers create a need. The need is created by using the media. They try to find a problem that the society is facing and then they show the people that their product will help them find a solution to their problem.

If Looks Could Kill: What Price Do Patients Really Pay For Bargain Plastic Surgeries?
Michael Salzhauer, M.D.

More and more Americans are nipping and tucking, sucking and suturing, injecting and implanting, all in the quest for better looks. In the past, foreign countries have lagged behind the West in catching the plastic surgery wave. Today, cosmetic surgery is a booming business in countries like Mexico, Latin America and Europe. Each year, thousands of prospective patients bargain hunt for plastic surgeons in foreign destinations - price being the main attraction. But what risks are patients really taking to save a little extra cash when going under the knife? A bargain at the outset could result in more money spent on revision surgery or fatally worse, death or disfigurement at the hands of an incompetent surgeon or in a compromised surgical setting. Despite the warnings, people continue to sign up for bargain plastic surgery vacations.

Board certified Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer is aware of the dangers of foreign cosmetic surgery versus the safer and regulated surgical environment commonly found in the United States.

ìPatients may take unnecessary risks, when choosing to go outside of the U.S. for cosmetic surgery, by unknowingly selecting unqualified physicians and having procedures performed in non-accredited surgical facilities. It's unfortunate that there are some surgeons who are in this profession for the business and not for the patient's well-being. I have seen and re-operated on almost all cases of botched up plastic surgeries," said Dr. Salzhauer. He continued, "From implants that look as if they were crudely fashioned to those that have become infected or dislocated and have to be removed, to botched facelift, eyelid and nasal surgery, and even liposuction with results ranging from poor to non-existent including incisions placed in bizarre places. Patients put their trust in our hands and it's our responsibility to always provide the best and safest care possible."

Surgical Standards

What separates the standards in the United States from those of the other countries? According to Salzhauer, "in the U.S., there is a plastic surgery standard that is higher than anywhere else in the world. This includes a high level of sterility, the quality of the technological or surgical equipment, and most important of all, a surgeon's training. Foreign countries often have neither the money nor the resources to have a generalized standard of care. Contrast this with the U.S. where we have no shortage of patient advocates and medical and state boards which ensure doctors are adhering to specific guidelines."

Does this mean that plastic surgery in foreign countries is uniformly dangerous?

ìCertainly not," says Dr. Salzhauer. "In most countries, one can find qualified plastic surgeon and expect successful results. However, these are not usually the places that offer bargains."

What accounts for the discrepancy in foreign versus domestic cosmetic surgery?

ìHospitals in America go to great lengths to make sure the doctors who are granted affiliation or surgical privileges are trained and board certified in the sub-specialty in which they are practicing. In addition, doctors in large American cities must remain incredibly competitive as far as their knowledge and skill. It would therefore be much less likely for a patient in the U.S. to have problematic results. Post operative care is also a crucial element of plastic surgery. This is another major red flag associated with foreign plastic surgeries.

Even if a patient has excellent results at the time of their surgery, if certain are not properly identified, they can lead to an unsatisfactory final result." Dr. Salzhauer stresses, "The most important aspect of surgery is not only the surgery itself, but the frequency and thoroughness of follow up visits and post-operative care." He adds that "patients need to be advised when they can resume activities such as work and exercise, therefore, it is essential that a patient's doctor is accessible, which is a challenge for surgeons in other countries.

As Dr. Salzhauer explains "an additional danger patients run into when having surgery performed in a foreign facility is that often, facilities abroad designed for elective surgery are run more like clinics rather than actual hospitals. Usually the surgery is performed in conjunction with another doctor who may or may not be certified in the same specialty. There may not even be qualification boards in that country." As Dr. Salzhauer points out, "when a patient sees a doctor in private practice, as here in America, that surgeon ó plastic or otherwise ó obviously has a more principle responsibility for the well being of the patient. In a clinic, there is often no single doctor who is responsible to handle problems that arise."

What recourse does a patient have as a result of botched surgeries in a foreign country?

ìLittle if any," reports Dr. Salzhauer. "There may be no venue for legal recourse for a patient encountering a problem as a result of sub-standard care in a foreign country. Geographic distance would render legal action both costly and inconvenient. The patient originally seeking a bargain will wind up spending even more money, not to mention the time and effort involved."

About Bal Harbour Plastic Surgery Associates

Bal Harbour Surgery is located in Miami, Florida and is run by board-certified plastic surgeon Michael Salzhauer, MD, who has built a truly unique practice.

Information for patients considering Breast Augmentation
American Society of Plastic Surgeons

If you're considering breast augmentation...

Breast augmentation, technically known as augmentation mammoplasty, is a surgical procedure to enhance the size and shape of a woman's breast for a number of reasons:

To enhance the body contour of a woman who, for personal reasons, feels her breast size is too small.

To correct a reduction in breast volume after pregnancy.

To balance a difference in breast size.

As a reconstructive technique following breast surgery.

By inserting an implant behind each breast, surgeons are able to increase a woman's bustline by one or more bra cup sizes. If you're considering breast augmentation, this will give you a basic understanding of the procedure--when it can help, how it's performed, and what results you can expect.

It can't answer all of your questions, since a lot depends on your individual circumstances. Please ask your surgeon if there is anything you don't understand about the procedure.

THE BEST CANDIDATES FOR BREAST AUGMENTATION

Breast augmentation can enhance your appearance and your self-confidence, but it won't necessarily change your looks to match your ideal, or cause other people to treat you differently. Before you decide to have surgery, think carefully about your expectations and discuss them with your surgeon.

The best candidates for breast augmentation are women who are looking for improvement, not perfection, in the way they look. If you're physically healthy and realistic in your expectations, you may be a good candidate.

TYPES OF IMPLANTS

A breast implant is a silicone shell filled with either silicone gel or a salt-water solution known as saline.

Because of concerns that there is insufficient information demonstrating the safety of silicone gel-filled breast implants, the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) has determined that new gel-filled implants, at the present time, should be available only to women participating in approved studies. Some women requiring replacement of the implants may also be eligible to participate in the study.

Saline-filled implants continue to be available to breast augmentation patients on an unrestricted basis, pending further FDA review. You should ask your doctor more about the specifics of the FDA decisions.

ALL SURGERY CARRIES SOME UNCERTAINTY AND RISK

Breast augmentation is relatively straightforward. But as with any operation, there are risks associated with surgery and specific complications associated with this procedure.

The most common problem, capsular contracture, occurs if the scar or capsule around the implant begins to tighten. This squeezing of the soft implant can cause the breast to feel hard. Capsular contracture can be treated in several ways, and sometimes requires either removal or "scoring" of the scar tissue, or perhaps removal or replacement of the implant.

As with any surgical procedure, excessive bleeding following the operation may cause some swelling and pain. If excessive bleeding continues, another operation may be needed to control the bleeding and remove the accumulated blood.

A small percentage of women develop an infection around an implant. This may occur at any time, but is most often seen within a week after surgery. In some cases, the implant may need to be removed for several months until the infection clears. A new implant can then be inserted.

Some women report that their nipples become oversensitive, undersensitive, or even numb. You may also notice small patches of numbness near your incisions. These symptoms usually disappear within time, but may be permanent in some patients.

There is no evidence that breast implants will affect fertility, pregnancy, or your ability to nurse. If, however, you have nursed a baby within the year before augmentation, you may produce milk for a few days after surgery. This may cause some discomfort, but can be treated with medication prescribed by your doctor.

Occasionally, breast implants may break or leak. Rupture can occur as a result of injury or even from the normal compression and movement of your breast and implant, causing the man-made shell to leak. If a saline-filled implant breaks, the implant will deflate in a few hours and the salt water will be harmlessly absorbed by the body.

If a break occurs in a gel-filled implant, however, one of two things may occur. If the shell breaks but the scar capsule around the implant does not, you may not detect any change. If the scar also breaks or tears, especially following extreme pressure, silicone gel may move into surrounding tissue. The gel may collect in the breast and cause a new scar to form around it, or it may migrate to another area of the body. There may be a change in the shape or firmness of the breast. Both types of breaks may require a second operation and replacement of the leaking implant. In some cases, it may not be possible to remove all of the silicone gel in the breast tissue if a rupture should occur.

A few women with breast implants have reported symptoms similar to diseases of the immune system, such as scleroderma and other arthritis-like conditions. These symptoms may include joint pain or swelling, fever, fatigue, or breast pain. Research has found no clear link between silicone breast implants and the symptoms of what doctors refer to as "connective-tissue disorders," but the FDA has requested further study.

While there is no evidence that breast implants cause breast cancer, they may change the way mammography is done to detect cancer. When you request a routine mammogram, be sure to go to a radiology center where technicians are experienced in the special techniques required to get a reliable x-ray of a breast with an implant. Additional views will be required. Ultrasound examinations may be of benefit in some women with implants to detect breast lumps or to evaluate the implant.

While the majority of women do not experience these complications, you should discuss each of them with your physician to make sure you understand the risks and consequences of breast augmentation.

PLANNING YOUR SURGERY

In your initial consultation, your surgeon will evaluate your health and explain which surgical techniques are most appropriate for you, based on the condition of your breasts and skin tone. If your breasts are sagging, your doctor may also recommend a breast lift.

Be sure to discuss your expectations frankly with your surgeon. He or she should be equally frank with you, describing your alternatives and the risks and limitations of each. You may want to ask your surgeon for a copy of the manufacturer's insert that comes with the implant he or she will use -- just so you are fully informed about it. And, be sure to tell your surgeon if you smoke, and if you're taking any medications, vitamins, or other drugs.

Your surgeon should also explain the type of anesthesia to be used, the type of facility where the surgery will be performed, and the costs involved. Because most insurance companies do not consider breast augmentation to be medically necessary, carriers generally do not cover the cost of this procedure.

PREPARING FOR YOUR SURGERY

Your surgeon will give you instructions to prepare for surgery, including guidelines on eating and drinking, smoking, and taking or avoiding certain vitamins and medications.

While making preparations, be sure to arrange for someone to drive you home after your surgery and to help you out for a few days, if needed.

WHERE YOUR SURGERY WILL BE PERFORMED

Your surgeon may prefer to perform the operation in an office facility, a freestanding surgery center, or a hospital outpatient facility. Occasionally, the surgery may be done as an inpatient in a hospital, in which case you can plan on staying for a day or two.

TYPES OF ANESTHESIA

Breast augmentation can be performed with a general anesthesia, so you'll sleep through the entire operation. Some surgeons may use a local anesthesia, combined with a sedative to make you drowsy, so you'll be relaxed but awake, and may feel some discomfort.

THE SURGERY

The method of inserting and positioning your implant will depend on your anatomy and your surgeon's recommendation. The incision can be made either in the crease where the breast meets the chest, around the areola (the dark skin surrounding the nipple), or in the armpit. Every effort will be made to assure that the incision is placed so resulting scars will be as inconspicuous as possible.

Working through the incision, the surgeon will lift your breast tissue and skin to create a pocket, either directly behind the breast tissue or underneath your chest wall muscle (the pectoral muscle). The implants are then centered beneath your nipples.

Some surgeons believe that putting the implants behind your chest muscle may reduce the potential for capsular contracture. Drainage tubes may be used for several days following the surgery. This placement may also interfere less with breast examination by mammogram than if the implant is placed directly behind the breast tissue. Placement behind the muscle however, may be more painful for a few days after surgery than placement directly under the breast tissue.

You'll want to discuss the pros and cons of these alternatives with your doctor before surgery to make sure you fully understand the implications of the procedure he or she recommends for you.

The surgery usually takes one to two hours to complete. Stitches are used to close the incisions, which may also be taped for greater support. A gauze bandage may be applied over your breasts to help with healing.

AFTER YOUR SURGERY

You're likely to feel tired and sore for a few days following your surgery, but you'll be up and around in 24 to 48 hours. Most of your discomfort can be controlled by medication prescribed by your doctor.

Within several days, the gauze dressings, if you have them, will be removed, and you may be given a surgical bra. You should wear it as directed by your surgeon. You may also experience a burning sensation in your nipples for about two weeks, but this will subside as bruising fades.

Your stitches will come out in a week to 10 days, but the swelling in your breasts may take three to five weeks to disappear.

GETTING BACK TO NORMAL

You should be able to return to work within a few days, depending on the level of activity required for your job.

Follow your surgeon's advice on when to begin exercises and normal activities. Your breasts will probably be sensitive to direct stimulation for two to three weeks, so you should avoid much physical contact. After that, breast contact is fine once your breasts are no longer sore, usually three to four weeks after surgery.

Your scars will be firm and pink for at least six weeks. Then they may remain the same size for several months, or even appear to widen. After several months, your scars will begin to fade, although they will never disappear completely.

Routine mammograms should be continued after breast augmentation for women who are in the appropriate age group, although the mammographic technician should use a special technique to assure that you get a reliable reading, as discussed earlier. (see All surgery carries some uncertainty and risk.)

YOUR NEW LOOK

For many women, the result of breast augmentation can be satisfying, even exhilarating, as they learn to appreciate their fuller appearance.

Regular examination by your plastic surgeon and routine mammograms for those in the appropriate age groups at prescribed intervals will help assure that any complications, if they occur, can be detected early and treated.

Your decision to have breast augmentation is a highly personal one that not everyone will understand. The important thing is how you feel about it. If you've met your goals, then your surgery is a success.

How to Help Your Man Look and Feel Better

It's never too early to start planning for the summer. Whether you're ready to be whisked away to a tropical island, go for a cross-country drive, or just enjoy the weather in your favorite skimpy outfits, you know that the one thing that's common between all those things is that you'll want to be looking your best. Even more important, and perhaps even more challenging, may be motivating your man to plan ahead as well, but there are some surefire ways to help him look and feel better so that he's ready in time as well.

Refresh his clothes. You man may not shop as much as you, but it doesn't mean he doesn't love his clothes. Think about all the tattered T-shirts he's held onto all these years. Well you can buy him some nice new dress shirts, some nice pants, and a tie or two, but don't forget that he wants to look cool and casual too. There are some great shops at the mall or vintage t-shirt places that have the retro designs and logos of his favorite bands, but without all the holes, rips, and ketchup stains. For him, new versions of his favorites will feel like putting on a superhero outfit that makes him feel years younger.

Join a gym together. Just tell him you're concerned about your own physique, and get him to join you for support. Partner with him for some easy workouts on the treadmill or at a yoga class, until he's comfortable enough to strike out on his own and head to do some heavy lifting in the weight room. Remember, the goal here isn't necessarily to make him only look better -- exercise will vastly improve his health and really make him feel better on the inside. Once he sees that regular workouts give him more energy, slim him down, and give him confidence, he'll make is an integral part of his lifestyle.

Give him a spa day. Relaxation can be one of the best ways to make you man look and feel better. They may resist it at first, but considering all the stress he may be under every day, there is no better way to provide a getaway without having to leave the neighborhood. Whether it's aromatherapy, a massage, sauna, mud bath, or anything that can take the tension away, you'll see results immediately. Going back every few weeks together will be nice too.

Upgrade his daily routine. This is important for the long term. What he may consider as a little thing like shaving, for example, as just a chore, buying him the right shaving products can actually improve his skin and help him appreciate keeping his face smooth for you. Good brands, like Anthony Logistics for Men, sell incredible products ranging from facial cleansers that rejuvenate the skin and ease away bumps and dry patches, pre-shave oils that protect the skin from the razor, soothing shave creams, and after shave balm that will cool any irritation. You can even buy these in pre-packaged sets that make it easy for any man to follow.

So with a little effort and direction, your man will be able look and feel better in no time. The best part of it is, all of the above are things he can maintain on his own -- so once you've got him hooked, you may not have to every worry about this again.

Looking for a facial wrinkle treatment is a common thing these days. With people becoming more conscious of how they appear and with the environment slipping into negative changes that prove to be harmful for us, taking that initiative to take care of ourselves becomes necessary. Among the many other things which we become extremely concerned with, is wrinkling of the skin because it robs us of a youthful appearance.

Actually, skin wrinkles are an effect of two most common things -- one being an effect of heredity and the other brought about by external factors. Skin wrinkles typically with age because our skin loses the elasticity it used to have. In addition to this, the body also loses some of the naturally occurring nutrients it used to have to support the skin.

Experts say that as the layer of the dermis becomes thinner, skin wrinkling starts to occur. As nutrients give out and our body gradually degenerates, the skin also loses the ability to heal itself as naturally as it used to. What's even more is that the acids and the necessary hydrants on our skin get eliminated as the skin layers degenerate. The glands wear out and can no longer produce as much moisture as it used to before. This causes the skin to look dull and wrinkle off.

Wrinkle Treatments through Cosmetic Procedures

Most people these days turn to cosmetic procedures as an effective facial wrinkle treatment. Some go with collagen injections to plump up their skin and more often their lips. Collagen is actually a protein substance which comes in fibrous form. Most of the collagen we now have is derived from cows, also known as collagen bovine. Some also come from human fat. Collagen is injected deep within the surface to make the wrinkles look smoother and give the skin its naturally full-looking form.

Botox is another popular type of facial wrinkle treatment being done cosmetically. This type of chemical is obtained from botulinum toxin which is known for its wrinkle-removing properties. The substance is typically produced by bacteria, then chemically cultured to make it appropriate for skin rejuvenation.

Natural Facial Wrinkle Treatment

Aside from the commercialized products and procedures, there are also natural ways in which we can use as an effective facial wrinkle treatment. The first of course is to wash the face regularly. But when you do this, make sure that you also take note of your skin condition. In general, washing your face twice a day is already enough. Do it before going out of the house and before you sleep. But if your pores tend to go on overdrive when you're doing strenuous activities, you can also squeeze in a bit of your time to wash your face in the middle of the day so you can get rid of the excess sebum.

You can also try using natural edibles such as honey and oats to make yourself a facial wrinkle treatment. Honey is an effective source of moisture and you can apply this onto your skin to keep it hydrated and elastic. As for oats, you can freely mix this up with milk and leave on your face for around fifteen minutes. This mixture helps tighten up your face and minimizes pores so that dirt and other impurities will not break in and cause skin wrinkles.

Studying the Ingredients of Anti-Wrinkle Creams

Anti wrinkle creams are now the favorite thing of our self-conscious nature. What's even more striking is that both males and females turn to these cosmetic products to help keep them look eternally youthful and at the same time boost their confidence. Yet there are few things that people should keep in mind before they go off buying these skin care products. As more products are being introduced to the market, and each holding its own promise of helping rejuvenate the skin, casualties also appear because people develop unwanted and unsightly negative reactions with the chemicals found on these products.

The Negative Stuff Inside Anti Wrinkle Creams

The first thing you need to know is that most of the creams available in the market are fused with synthetic chemicals. By synthetic, it means that they are duplicate copies of their natural forms. When it comes to anti wrinkle creams and any other stuff we apply on the skin, we should care to find those that are made naturally from mineral and vitamin extracts. Synthetic ones are forced minerals mixed with chemicals that may get rid of wrinkles but cause unwanted side effects as they affect the natural make up of the body.

The chemical that you should carefully consider to study when buying anti wrinkle creams is mineral oil. This particular compound is composed of petrolatum, paraffin wax, and sometimes even liquid paraffin. Experts say that mineral oil can be a harmful compound because it can clog your pores and therefore produce acne. As it clogs the pores, it also hinders the skin to get rid of the toxins and then also cause photosensitivity. One of its darkest effects is the potential of skin cancer. Other harmful ingredients to watch out for are parabens, polyethylene glycol, and even triclosan.

Ingredients You Should Consider

So when you buy anti wrinkle creams, one of the most important ingredients you should look for is keratin as well as the coenzyme Q10. By years and years of research, it was concluded that both of these compounds work well to slow down and even decrease the progress of skin aging. What's even better is that these ingredients are proven to be safe despite using them in substantially high amounts, and in turn they are able to produce noticeable results right on the skin surface.

Plant extracts and essential oils obtained from plant and flower products are also good ingredients to keep a tab on when buying anti wrinkle creams. You will notice that some of the most expensive creams out there are those that are naturally produced. This is because it takes time before the natural ingredients can be extracted and it takes careful amounts of effort to turn them into creams. Run-off-the-mill products, on the other hand, are cheaper and much easier to get. Plant extracts are considered safe and useful because they are naturally occurring and do not get to be chemically altered.

One of the notable things associated with naturally-produced anti wrinkle creams is that they are non-toxic to the point of being safe to ingest. Even if you happen to rub them off your eyes, they won't be too scary to deal with. Most of them also come out as unscented to help preserve their nutrients.

Looking for the best wrinkle creams is made easy if you know the basics of buying one. One of the first things you need to ask yourself is why you need them. Do you need them out of necessity or do you simply want to have one to get into the fad of applying it on? Wrinkle creams are things that you will have to regularly apply on to your skin. So before buying one, it's best to check your reasons, lest you want to risk having it work for you on a negative manner.

Fact is, we really can't stop our skin from wrinkling. It happens as a result of age. As we add more years to our lives, we inevitably decrease our youth because our body also undergoes its own wear and tear process. Having skin wrinkles is a testament to the years we have gone through, creating, and engaging ourselves in various activities that make us who we are now.

There are two known natural causes that make our skin look wrinkled. One is that the hylauronic acid found in our skin eventually breaks down and therefore eliminates skin moisture. The other one is that elastin and collagen are produced much less than before. Both of these compounds are important in providing fullness beneath the skin and they also allow the skin to be more flexible and reshape its form despite being stretched out. Based from these two important reasons why the skin breaks down and becomes wrinkled, here's a practical list of tips you can use to avail of the best wrinkle creams.

Tip 1: See a doctor

Experiencing skin wrinkles may mean more than you initially thought of it. Fine lines are not expected to appear until you reach your 40s, so if you happen to get it when you are still in your 20s or 30s, it would be better if you consult your doctor. Generally, skin wrinkles can be due to hereditary reasons or brought about by toxins that get collected beneath the skin. Toxin can cause wrinkles because it absorbs and kills the necessary nutrients that facilitate cell repair.

Tip 2: Evaluate the ingredients

You should take time to read the label and do not just rely on testimonials and what the sales person keeps on telling you. Testimonials do not actually tell much especially if they are released by the very company of that product. The most important ingredients that are found in the best wrinkle creams are the coenzyme Q10, keratin, Cynergy TK, and Physsatance Wakame.

Tip 3: The price should be right

Availing the best wrinkle creams do not simply rely on what they are made of. Granted that they have the ingredients mentioned above, but does the product you are now eyeing have enough of these ingredients within them? Because the mentioned ingredients above are known to be highly useful in naturally eliminating skin wrinkles, experts advise that they be taken in high amounts. Don't worry though, because all of them are considered to be safe and non-toxic. So when buying wrinkle creams containing these products, evaluate the balance between the price and the amount of the anti-wrinkle ingredients it has. Ingredients should be at least 60% more than the safe enhancers found in the product.

If only you can stay youthful forever. If only it is possible to be 16 years old for the rest of your life, have those naturally rosy cheeks and soft smooth skin that's just so irresistible. But unfortunately, there will come a time when your face will sag, your eye corners will wrinkle when you smile, and your forehead will be filled with fine lines that appear without even having to wrinkle your eyebrows.

People age and this is why an anti aging wrinkle cream becomes the best ally of every person who is nearing the age of 40s. Sometimes, people make that intimate connection with the youth bestowing cream on an even earlier age. While you may think that you don't really need it, circumstances may push you to use it.

But when it comes to using an anti aging wrinkle cream, you should care to exercise utmost attention to product details. These days, the best products are those which combine the science of cosmetology with chemicals that naturally induce skin moisture and rejuvenate it back to its old glory. When choosing your anti aging wrinkle cream, the following ingredients are the ones you should look for:

1. Retinol

This is also commonly known as Vitamin A. The power of Retinol lies behind the fact that it is made up of anti-oxidants which effectively eliminate the toxins out of your skin regardless of how deep they have penetrated. Aside from this, Retinol also works further by repairing those skin layers wherein the forming of elastin and collagen happens. Elastin is a protein mineral normally found on your skin and it allows it to be elastic enough to regain its shape when stretched. Meanwhile, collagen helps tighten up your skin and gives it a naturally full shape.

2. Coenzyme Q10

Although this mineral content is naturally produced within our body system, it may not be produced just as much to help prevent the appearance of wrinkles. Coenzyme Q10 is responsible for increasing the production of elastin and collagen which are the important things that prevent wrinkles and other fine lines on the skin. This mineral also contains its own breed of anti-oxidants which help fight off free radicals. Free radicals are those harmful chemicals and agents which can cause further skin damage.

3. Hydroxy Acids

These acids are normally derived from various fruit products. When used as an ingredient in an anti aging wrinkle cream, the combination usually provides that citrus or fruity scent when applied on the skin. The main function of these hydroxy acids is to exfoliate the skin and help clean out the dead skin cells which also cause aging. In this way, they can facilitate the creation of new skin cells which are of course youthful and induce natural moisture to appear on your skin. This is also the reason why these acids are called "hydroxy" -- they keep your skin hydrated and prevents dry skin.

4. Sunscreen

Make sure that you get an anti aging wrinkle cream that has at least SPF 15 to protect your skin from the harmful effects of UV rays. These rays can break down the structure of your skin cells and halt the production of natural moisture as well as elastin and collagen. In the end, you could get aged skin and even produce sun spots apart from just the wrinkles.
